Government said: Beware of Scams


Since the Internet has been the number one technology that has been spread all across the world today, which according to the recent report the government asked the people to become aware to all the scams in the Internet especially with availing psychic readings online. In accordance to the report that most unusual, and obnoxious, came from an Allentown man, the government and police department have received a letter in the mail offering a free psychic reading. He returned the card to accept the reading, but never received the results. He did get a bill for $29. The psychic said he needed help doing the reading, so he enlisted another psychics and had to pay him. This is just one of the operations that scammer has been doing.

According to the victim he ignored the first few letters demanding money, and then ponied up when a letter came intimidating to send his account to a collections agency. He asked me not to use his name for the reason that he's afraid of vengeance, as he paid by check and the psychic has his bank account number.

From the police report more and more people has been scammed and experienced losing their money while availing the psychic readings. They now warned the people to be extra careful in choosing the right psychic medium and astrologers for them to refrain from this fraud.
