Dalai Lama Prays for World Peace


Dalai Lama a Tibetan spiritual psychic and leader which is well-known all around the globe prayed for world peace, he was in Bodh Gaya (Bihar) yesterday. Buddhist and followers of Dalai Lama across the country congregated at the Kaal Chakras Maidan (Wheel of Time Ground) in Bodh Gaya. This the place where Buddha reached enlightenment in life that has been held in five-day-long 'Geluk Monlam puja (prayers)' began.

"He (Dalai Lama) has given a lot of practical advise on being nice to the people and being transparent to yourself in your life so that you don't have to hide things from people because you'll have better relations with them and being open to them you'll have more friends," said James, a devotee from London.

Accumulated in Bodh Gaya almost 50,000 people from different country will come together for five days to hear the Dalai Lama's discourses. The 1,500-year-old holiest Buddhist holy place Mahabodhi sanctuary at Bodh Gaya is where the Buddha reaches explanation 2,550 years ago.
